I love the feeling of confidence I feel when I push myself out of my comfort zone. It’s what drives me to get uncomfortable and grow in all areas of my life. And because I’ve experienced how life-changing pilates can be, I want to share with others something that has created so many benefits for me.

Because I’ve been a student for a long time, I am focused on making class a fun and empowering experience.

Getting to share what I love with others is a joy.
