    This class does not follow the traditional Bikram sequence. Instead, it follows a progression style influenced by the 84-series, allowing students to explore advanced movements safely and intentionally. While the 90-minute Bikram class will always remain the most demanding class in terms of endurance and heat exposure, Hot 26 to 84 challenges you in a different way — through precision, focus, and progressive skill development.
