SUP Yoga Adventure

Take your practice off the mat and onto the water.

10:30 AM – Approximately 12:30 PM

Join us for a unique Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Yoga experience where we'll paddle together to a peaceful spot on the water before enjoying a 45–50 minute all-levels yoga class surrounded by nature. After class, we'll relax and paddle back to the marina together.

Whether you're looking to try something new, reconnect with nature, or simply enjoy yoga in a beautiful outdoor setting, this adventure is for you. No previous SUP Yoga experience is required, but participants should be comfortable paddling a stand-up paddleboard.

What to Expect

  • Meet at West Coast Sweat.

  • Walk together to the marina and launch from a nearby dock.

  • Paddle approximately 30 minutes to our practice location.

  • Enjoy a 45–50 minute yoga class on your paddleboard.

  • Paddle back to the marina.

  • Total experience: Approximately 2 hours

Paddleboard Information

Paddleboards are not provided and are not included with registration.

Participants are responsible for bringing their own paddleboard, paddle, and personal flotation device (PFD).

If you need to rent equipment, we recommend:

  • Anchors Away – Marina Pacifica

  • Kayaks on the Water – Horny Corner (Alamitos Bay)

Please reserve your rental directly with the rental company before class to ensure availability.

What to Bring

  • Paddleboard, paddle & PFD

  • Water

  • Sunscreen

  • Towel

  • Clothes you don't mind getting wet

  • Hat and/or sunglasses (optional)

  • A sense of adventure!

Space is limited to provide a safe, fun, and personalized experience.
