I found Pilates at a very transitional place in my life where I had just moved back to Long Beach & was just doing a lot of soul searching - it felt like I was looking for something, but I didn't know what it was.  I came from a weightlifting background and was looking for something to supplement my practice. I heard about Inferno Hot Pilates, signed up for a Monday morning class at West Coast Sweat & I knew about 10 minutes in that I would be doing Pilates forever.  I can't describe the feeling I got from being in the hot room, pushing myself, & discovering a new practice that I would soon become obsessed with - but it changed my life for the better! 

Seeing my students improve their technique, get stronger, push themselves to new limits, & become more confident - all while having fun brings me so much joy!  I know the positive impact that Pilates brought me - mind, body, & soul; & I can only hope to help facilitate that same impact in the lives of my students through my classes & what they take away from it.
