What is the late cancellation policy?

Please cancel your reservation at least 4 hours before class. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the class start time are subject to a $10 late cancellation fee.
What happens if I don’t show up for class?

If you’re registered for a class and don’t attend or cancel your reservation, a $10 no-show fee applies. If your plans change, please cancel at least 4 hours before class so your spot can become available to another student.
Can I enter class if I’m late?

Please arrive early and be ready to enter the studio before class begins. Studio doors are locked at the scheduled class start time, and late entry is not permitted. This helps us maintain a safe, focused environment and prevents disruption once class has started.
